Job Duties
- Collaborates with other associates to build a strong meat team
- demonstrates knowledge of meat cutting and preparation including cutting, grinding, wrapping, and trimming
- leverages digital tools to drive sales and improve member experience
- ensures operational excellence by maintaining clean and organized work area
- complies with company policies on quality, safety, and sanitation
- assists members with purchasing decisions and answers questions
- completes work assignments while communicating progress and adapting to feedback
