Job Duties
- Collaborates with other associates to build a strong meat team
- communicates with team members and adapts to business needs by working in different areas
- demonstrates knowledge of meat products, safety standards, sanitation, inventory management, and equipment maintenance
- cuts, grinds, wraps, and trims meat products according to standards
- leverages digital technology to improve sales and member experience
- ensures operational excellence by maintaining clean and compliant work areas
- secures merchandise and manages waste effectively
- assists members with purchasing decisions and provides exceptional customer service
- advocates for high-quality service and product standards
- complies with company policies, ethics, and procedures
- manages work assignments by collaborating and communicating effectively
- adapts to change and applies feedback for continuous improvement
