Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to stand for long periods and handle physical tasks
- Willingness to complete all required job training and assessments

Job Qualifications

- Experience in food handling or meat cutting is advantageous

- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines

Job Duties
- Collaborates with other associates to build a strong meat team
- Demonstrates knowledge of product safety standards, sanitation guidelines, and inventory management
- Prepares meat products including cutting, grinding, wrapping, and trimming according to established standards
- Utilizes handheld technology to make immediate business decisions related to production and product quality
- Maintains work area according to company policies and ensures quality and date control standards
- Assists members with purchasing decisions and ensures merchandise is properly packaged and labeled
- Complies with company policies and communicates progress and improvement opportunities
