Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced retail environment

- Successful completion of job-required trainings and assessments

Job Qualifications
- Knowledge of meat cutting and preparation techniques
- Ability to maintain product safety and sanitation standards
- Experience in inventory management and equipment maintenance
- Skillful use of digital tools and handheld technology
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Positive attitude and commitment to customer service
Job Duties
- Collaborates with other associates to build a strong meat team
- Demonstrates knowledge of business on the floor, backroom operations, product safety standards, sanitation guidelines, inventory management, and equipment operation
- Prepares meat products such as cutting, grinding, wrapping, and trimming according to standards
- Utilizes handheld technology to make business decisions related to production, training, and product quality
- Ensures commitment to operational excellence, maintaining work area, quality and date control standards
- Assists members with purchasing decisions
- Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity
