- Ability to operate meat cutting equipment and digital handheld devices
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Customer service experience
- Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Be a team member by collaborating with associates and being flexible to business needs
- Be an expert in meat product preparation including cutting, grinding, wrapping, and trimming
- Maintain compliance with product safety standards and sanitation guidelines
- Use digital tools to enhance sales and operational efficiency
- Manage quality and date control standards, ensuring proper packaging and labeling
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist members with purchasing decisions
- Maintain clean and organized work areas while adhering to company policies and procedures
