- Experience in cutting and preparing meat products
- Ability to use digital tools and handheld technology related to inventory and sales

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
- Commitment to operational excellence and quality standards
Job Duties
- Be a team member by collaborating with other associates to build a strong meat team
- Be an expert by demonstrating knowledge of business floor operations, backroom, product safety, sanitation, inventory management, and equipment maintenance
- Prepare meat products such as cutting, grinding, wrapping, trimming according to standards
- Use handheld technology to make business decisions that enhance sales and member experience
- Ensure operational excellence by maintaining clean work areas, following quality and date control standards, securing merchandise, reducing waste, assisting members with purchases, and packaging correctly
- Model high quality service and products by valuing member experience and exhibiting energy and passion for the work
- Comply with company policies and maintain ethics and integrity in all business practices
