Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Be a team member by collaborating with other associates to build a strong meat team
  • Be an expert by demonstrating knowledge of business floor operations, backroom, product safety, sanitation, inventory management, and equipment maintenance
  • Prepare meat products such as cutting, grinding, wrapping, trimming according to standards
  • Use handheld technology to make business decisions that enhance sales and member experience
  • Ensure operational excellence by maintaining clean work areas, following quality and date control standards, securing merchandise, reducing waste, assisting members with purchases, and packaging correctly
  • Model high quality service and products by valuing member experience and exhibiting energy and passion for the work
  • Comply with company policies and maintain ethics and integrity in all business practices
