Job Duties
- Collaborates with other associates to build a strong meat team
- communicates with team members and adapts to business needs by working in other areas
- demonstrates knowledge of product safety, sanitation guidelines, inventory management, and equipment operation
- prepares meat products including cutting, grinding, wrapping, and trimming according to standards
- leverages digital tools for business decisions related to production and quality
- maintains operational excellence and work area cleanliness
- ensures quality and date control for meat products
- assists members in purchasing decisions
- secures fragile merchandise and eliminates waste
- advocates for department and club by delivering high quality service and products
- complies with company policies and ethical standards
- completes work assignments and priorities through collaboration and communication
- adapts to change and feedback
