Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks associated with meat preparation
- Willingness to complete all required trainings and assessments within prescribed time
- Adherence to company policies including drug-free workplace policy
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Ability to safely handle sharp tools and equipment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in meat cutting or fresh food preparation preferred but not required
- Knowledge of sanitation standards and food safety practices
