Job Qualifications

- prior experience in meat cutting or food service preferred
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- ability to operate meat-cutting equipment safely

- proficiency in using digital tools and technology related to retail operations
- commitment to customer service excellence
Job Duties
- Collaborates with team members to build a strong meat team
- communicates with team members and is flexible to business needs
- demonstrates knowledge of floor and backroom operations, product safety standards, sanitation and inventory management
- prepares meat products including cutting, grinding, wrapping, and trimming according to standards
- uses digital tools to enhance sales, shopping experience, and associate engagement
- ensures work area maintenance according to company policies
- assists members with purchasing decisions and ensures proper packaging and labeling
- advocates for department and club values by providing high quality service and products
- complies with company policies exchanging information and adapting to feedback
- completes work assignments prioritizing tasks and collaborating with managers, co-workers, and customers
