Job Duties
- Collaborates with other associates to build a strong meat team
- demonstrating knowledge of floor operations, product safety, sanitation, inventory management, and equipment maintenance
- cutting, grinding, wrapping, and trimming meat products according to standards
- utilizing hand held technology to make decisions related to production, training, and product quality
- maintaining quality and date control standards for meat products
- assisting members with purchasing decisions
- ensuring merchandise is properly packaged, labeled, and stored
- complying with company policies and procedures
- completing work assignments by collaborating with team and managers
- communicating progress and recommending improvements
