This role specializes in the loss art of meat cutting, focusing primarily on hand-cutting fresh steaks according to specified guidelines set by the company. Candidates stepping into this role will become experts in reading prep sheets, tracking product yield to ensure minimal waste, and setting up attractive meat display cases.
