We are a well-established Kansas-based BBQ restaurant known for serving award-winning BBQ with 15 locations across three states: Kansas, Nebraska, and Iowa. The role we are offering is an exciting opportunity to join our Back of House team where passion for BBQ and teamwork come together. As a key player in our kitchen operations, you will be responsible for preparing our premium meats and supporting various areas of the kitchen to maintain our high standards. This position is ideal for someone motivated, detail-oriented, and who takes pride in delivering top-quality products. Your daily activities will include seasoning meats, unloading the smoker, slicing turkey and ham, pulling chicken and pork shoulder or brisket. Additionally, you will contribute to maintaining cleanliness by emptying grease traps, cleaning smokers, keeping your work station sanitary, washing dishes, and sweeping and mopping floors.
This position offers flexibility with part-time and full-time roles available, including day and night shifts, and weekend availability. We provide a competitive hourly wage ranging from $11.00 to $14.00 an hour.
