This role may require working in cold conditions and handling kitchen machinery safely. Physical demands include lifting items up to 75 pounds, standing and walking for extended periods, and performing repetitive motions. Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Proactively assist customers within customer service standards
- Attractively portion, present, and package merchandise according to customer requests while minimizing shrink and maximizing sales
- Complete preparation of basic meat products including sausage, fajitas, kabobs, and stuffed peppers
- Promote featured and sale items, recommend other store products, and provide information on product locations
- Handle returns and customer complaints professionally, referring to the Meat Manager when necessary
- Ensure all products meet quality standards through proper rotation and selling only fresh products
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment compliant with health codes
- Use knives and operate equipment safely and sanitarily
