Job Requirements
- At least 16 years of age
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Physical ability to perform merchandising and stocking duties
- Reliable and punctual
- Willingness to engage with guests and work collaboratively with team members
Job Qualifications
- Passion for providing extraordinary service
- Ability to work in any one of the departments including Deli, Meat & Seafood, Bakery, Grocery, Produce & Floral, and Front-End
- Knowledge of product offerings and store layout preferred
- Effective communication skills
- Professional demeanor
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Consistently provide excellent guest service
- Engage with guests to learn their wants and needs to help create their meal solution
- Maintain knowledge of products and weekly ad items throughout the store
- Work across departments to assist guests
- Merchandise and stock products and specialty items throughout the day
- Gather shopping carts from the parking lot and assist with general housekeeping duties
- Present self in a professional manner including adhering to uniform standards
