The Meals on Wheels Supervisor position is a key leadership role within the Division of Senior Services. This role is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the MOW program, ensuring that the delivery of meals is executed consistently, safely, and in alignment with all regulatory and organizational standards. As a supervisor, the individual will administer program updates, coordinate staff and volunteer schedules, and maintain effective communication with all stakeholders involved in the program. Furthermore, the Meals on Wheels Supervisor will act as a liaison between various departments and external partners to optimize service delivery and program growth.
