Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in food service, senior services, or community meal programs
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience working in a senior center, cafeteria, community kitchen, dining hall, or similar food service environment
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Basic record-keeping and documentation skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Job Duties
- Ensure meal service runs smoothly, efficiently, and on schedule
- Assist with serving meals, ensuring dietary needs and portion guidelines are followed
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming dining environment for all guests
- Greet seniors warmly, answer questions, and address concerns with professionalism
- Monitor guest feedback and help resolve issues to improve the dining experience
- Support volunteers by guiding them on food safety, customer service, and task expectations
- Promote a positive team environment by modeling excellent service, teamwork, and food-handling practices
- Manage reservations and pre-ordered meals, ensuring accuracy and timely preparation
- Check food temperatures, sanitation practices, and service standards to meet health regulations
- Assist with inventory, track food supplies, and notify leadership when orders are needed
- Drive the company Meals on Wheels vehicle to deliver meals to elderly clients as needed
- Load, organize, and transport meals safely while maintaining temperature and sanitation standards
- Deliver meals with courtesy, patience, and respect, providing friendly wellness checks during each visit
- Follow assigned routes and maintain accurate delivery logs
- Report any concerns about client well-being to the appropriate supervisor
