Job Requirements

High school diploma or GED
At least one year of experience in a medical office strongly preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask without appearing stressed
Proficiency with Practice Management Systems and Electronic Health Record systems
Effective organizational and problem-solving abilities
Ability to interact well with patients, healthcare staff and the public
Ability to handle confidential information appropriately
Ability to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Must be well-groomed and maintain professionalism at all times
