Job Requirements
- Ability to work a mix of morning and night shifts
- Part-time availability
- Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods

Job Qualifications

- Familiarity with local area and hotel services
- Basic computer and point-of-sale system proficiency
Job Duties
- Engage hotel guests to enhance service experience by activating outlet services
- Respond to guest requests for special arrangements like transportation and reservations
- Provide guests with local area knowledge including amenities and activities
- Monitor Club Lounge seating availability, cleanliness, and safety
- Stock Grab & Go area and communicate with Food and Beverage staff for buffet replenishment
- Coordinate with appropriate departments like Housekeeping and Security to resolve guest requests or problems
- Greet and escort guests while supplying directions and information about property amenities
