We are currently seeking a dedicated Guest Service Support Expert to join our food and beverage team on a part-time basis, with availability preferred on weekends and day shifts. This non-management role is essential in supporting the overall food and beverage operations to ensure that every guest interaction is seamless and enjoyable. The hourly pay rate for this position is $19.74 per hour.
The Guest Service Support Expert position is designed for individuals who enjoy being active and engaging with guests in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities include setting tables, assisting kitchen staff when necessary, cleaning and maintaining work areas, and replenishing supplies to facilitate smooth service. The role demands excellent attention to detail, initiative, and the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere that complements the culinary offerings. Safety remains a top priority, alongside adherence to company policies, quality standards, and maintaining a professional appearance and communication style. This position requires physical stamina, as the work involves standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods, navigating uneven or slippery surfaces, and handling loads up to 25 pounds solo or 50 pounds with assistance.
