Job Requirements
- 18+
- 1+ years of experience in customer service
- experience in restaurant point of sale (POS) systems preferred
- working understanding of nutrition values and ingredients
- advanced communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills

- ability to handle guest feedback and resolve problems effectively
- ability to maintain a smile, even when balancing multiple priorities
- completion of alcohol seller training / cash handling training upon hire
- function in a fast-paced, retail environment

Job Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in customer service
- experience in restaurant point of sale (POS) systems (preferred)

Job Duties
- builds strong relationships with customers in varying situations
- takes orders from customers
- assists with menu / beverage selections including alcoholic beverages
- provides detailed information on menu items and specials, and beer and wine
- serves food, drink, and products to guests
- processes cash, check, debit, and credit transactions accurately and quickly
- uses suggestive selling techniques / merchandises effectively to meet guest needs and build department sales
- interacts positively with customers in person, on the phone, or through technology
- assists with catering orders as needed
- addresses complaints
- resolves problems in a way that builds relationships
- models teamwork to ensure a great guest experience
- prepares, packages, merchandises product
- assists in technical areas as needed
- ensures compliance with TABC regulations
- ensures compliance with department and store standard operating procedures
- buses / cleans tables
- performs deep clean of dining, ordering, bar areas, as needed
- maintains beverage station and bar areas
- maintains sanitation in food / beverage prep areas and display cases
- properly handles, operates, and maintains equipment
- performs other duties as assigned
