The role of an Order Taker/Runner at H-E-B Restaurant is a vital component of the overall guest experience. Job Requirements

18+
1+ years of experience in customer service
experience in restaurant point of sale (POS) systems preferred
working understanding of nutrition values and ingredients
advanced communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
organization and planning skills
computer skills
reading / writing skills
ability to handle guest feedback and resolve problems effectively
ability to maintain a smile, even when balancing multiple priorities
completion of alcohol seller training / cash handling training upon hire
function in a fast-paced, retail environment
work extended hours and/or rotating schedules
safely maneuver around moving mechanical parts
constantly reach at waist, grasp

Job Duties
