Job Requirements
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Open availability including morning, day, dinner, late night and weekend shifts
- Ability to work part time or full time
- Able to communicate effectively in English
- Willingness to comply with all company policies and procedures
- Ability to handle fast paced work environment
- Reliable and punctual
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food service or customer service is an advantage but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work flexible hours including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Capable of standing for extended periods
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve food and beverages according to McDonald’s standards
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
- Operate kitchen equipment and cash registers as required
- Assist in training new employees
- Follow health and safety regulations strictly
- Support team members in daily operations
