Unlike corporate McDonald's restaurants, this franchisee operates as a separate entity and employer from McDonald's USA. The franchisee holds sole responsibility for hiring, firing, supervision, staffing, and scheduling employees within its restaurant. This means that while applicants may be familiar with the McDonald's brand, the employment relationship, decisions, and management operate independently of McDonald's USA.
The role is that of a Shift Manager in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, known for delivering quality fast food and an enjoyable dining experience. This leadership position involves overseeing restaurant operations during assigned shifts to ensure high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness. Shift Managers act as the frontline leaders, guiding team members, maintaining safety protocols, and driving performance to meet operational goals.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- At least 18 years of age
- Experience in customer service or supervisory role preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Willingness to comply with food safety and workplace safety regulations
