Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience working in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Willingness to work full-time hours including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to pass background check and drug screening
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role in the restaurant or hospitality industry
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including opening and closing shifts
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Basic cash handling and financial management skills
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service
- Ability to train and motivate team members
Job Duties
- Supervising food safety and cleanliness procedures to ensure the team is meeting McDonald's standards
- Communicating effectively with crew and the next shift managers to help them prepare to run a great shift
- Achieving targets during their shifts and helping departments meet their goals
- Managers must be able to work open and closing shifts
- Taking action to monitor safety, security, inventory and profitability
- Managing crew schedules and encouraging high performance during their shift
- Providing exceptional customer service and quality food production
- Training new team members on critical job functions
- Cash management- accurately count down drawers and change fund, proper documentation of cash over/short, and refund
