Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Availability to work various shifts including mornings, days, evenings, late nights, and weekends
- Must be able to stand for long periods
- Ability to follow instructions and procedures
- Good communication skills
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- Previous customer service or food service experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math and cash handling skills
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Team player with a positive attitude
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve food according to McDonald's standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
- Provide excellent customer service and attend to customer needs promptly
- Operate kitchen and front of house equipment safely
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment
- Participate in training and development programs
- Follow all company policies and safety procedures
