As an independent franchisee, Raccoon Valley Partners takes pride in maintaining McDonald's globally recognized brand standards while fostering a supportive work environment for their employees. Being part of this franchise means joining a team that values leadership, operational excellence, and community engagement.

The General Manager role at Raccoon Valley Partners McDonald's is a pivotal leadership position responsible for the overall success and profitability of the restaurant. This role requires a dynamic leader who can motivate and manage a diverse team, including Assistant Managers, Swing Managers, and Floor Supervisors. The General Manager will collaborate closely with their supervisor to set strategic goals and develop actionable plans that drive both financial performance and employee development.

In this role, the General Manager is accountable for maintaining strict adherence to McDonald's high standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness (QSC), ensuring compliance with all food safety regulations set forth by both McDonald's and the State Health Department. They will lead weekly team meetings to assess performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and keep the team aligned with company objectives. The role demands a hands-on approach to managing restaurant operations, including analyzing profit and loss statements, controlling labor costs, and optimizing scheduling to meet financial targets.

Furthermore, the General Manager oversees the People Department, focusing on recruitment, training, and ongoing employee development to build a motivated and high-performing team. Administrative duties such as employee documentation, payroll processing, and reporting are also key responsibilities to ensure smooth operation and regulatory compliance. The candidate must be prepared to work a minimum of 45 hours per week and be on-call during restaurant operating hours to address any operational needs promptly.

This opportunity is more than just managing a restaurant; it's a chance to build a rewarding career with a globally recognized brand under a supportive franchisee. Raccoon Valley Partners offers competitive compensation, a generous benefits package including paid training, paid time off, aggressive bonus programs, and comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance. Additional perks include a 401(k) retirement plan, life insurance, disability coverage, car allowance after five years, and even access to free college degree programs. Working as a General Manager here means contributing directly to the success of the restaurant and the career growth of the team, all while making a positive impact on the local community.

At Raccoon Valley Partners McDonald's, the culture is rooted in development and respect, recognizing the potential in every individual. Whether you're embarking on your first management role or aiming to elevate your career, this position provides the tools, support, and recognition needed for success. Join a team where your leadership shapes not only the restaurant but also your future and the futures of the team members you lead.
