Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Previous management experience in a high volume location
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to maintaining quality standards
  • Willingness to work flexible hours
  • Background in quick service restaurant or related field preferred

Job Qualifications

  • Previous general manager experience
  • Experience running high volume locations
  • Background in quick service restaurants preferred
  • Experience in hospitality or retail is a plus
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to coach and develop staff
  • Minimum age of 18 years

Job Duties

  • Lead and manage daily restaurant operations
  • Set and monitor goals for the restaurant and individual departments
  • Supervise and support Department Managers
  • Hire, train, and develop management staff
  • Ensure high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
  • Oversee staffing, scheduling, and employee performance
  • Manage financial performance to run a profitable restaurant
