Your leadership directly influences the restaurant’s success, so skills in team development, performance management, and operational excellence are essential. You will also be involved in hiring and developing both Department and Shift Managers to build a strong team capable of leading the restaurant into the future.

Ideal candidates will have prior experience as a General Manager, particularly in high-volume quick service restaurant locations, or related fields such as hospitality or retail. Being at least 18 years old is a prerequisite to fulfill managerial duties in corporate-owned McDonald's restaurants.
