Job Requirements

  • 18 years or older
  • previous General Manager experience preferred
  • experience in high volume quick service restaurant environment
  • ability to lead and develop teams
  • strong communication skills
  • capable of managing multiple operational tasks
  • commitment to upholding company standards

Job Qualifications

  • previous General Manager experience in high volume quick service restaurants preferred
  • experience in hospitality or retail is a plus
  • strong leadership and team management skills
  • ability to set and achieve operational goals
  • excellent communication and coaching abilities
  • must be 18 years or older

Job Duties

  • run a profitable restaurant
  • ensure the restaurant meets McDonald’s standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
  • set restaurant goals with leadership
  • create and implement plans to achieve goals
  • lead Department Managers and support their goal setting and performance
  • provide coaching and direction to improve departments
  • hire and develop Department and Shift Managers
