You will also be involved in hiring and developing both Department and Shift Managers to build a strong team capable of leading the restaurant into the future.

Ideal candidates will have prior experience as a General Manager, particularly in high-volume quick service restaurant locations, or related fields such as hospitality or retail. Being at least 18 years old is a prerequisite to fulfill managerial duties in corporate-owned McDonald's restaurants.
