Job Requirements
- Open availability including morning, day, dinner, late night, and weekend shifts
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Willingness to undergo training and follow company policies
- Reliable transportation or means of commuting to work
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in fast food or customer service roles is an advantage
- Ability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Basic math and cash handling abilities
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service
Job Duties
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service
- Operate kitchen equipment and prepare food according to McDonald’s standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
- Support team members and management with daily restaurant operations
- Follow safety and food handling guidelines
- Assist in opening and closing procedures
- Participate in training and development programs
