Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- availability to work full-time including weekdays, weekends, and holidays
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- adherence to dress code and grooming standards
- ability to follow instructions and hotel policies
- food safety knowledge
- Maricopa Food Handlers Card
Job Qualifications
- Prior food and beverage experience preferred
- prior customer service experience preferred
- prior luxury or upscale dining experience preferred
- Maricopa Food Handlers Card required
- strong communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- teamwork and collaboration skills
Job Duties
- Set and prepare dining tables including folding napkins and placing tableware
- ensure tableware is in good condition and report defects
- stock and maintain designated food stations
- assist Server with table service including serving beverages and breads
- retrieve and transport dirty tableware to dishwashing area
- respond to guest inquiries and requests promptly and courteously
- follow hotel and department policies and procedures
- complete all sidework and assist with tasks assigned by management
