This role is for a full-time, non-management food and beverage service expert working the evening shift at The Ritz-Carlton in New Orleans. The position pays $7.25 per hour and does not offer remote work. The primary objective of this role is to deliver service that goes beyond simply serving food and drinks, creating an unforgettable guest experience. Service experts take the initiative to ensure excellence at every touchpoint, from setting tables and coordinating with the kitchen, to interacting with guests and maintaining work areas. They handle tasks that require physical stamina, such as standing and walking for long periods, lifting, pushing, and reaching for objects up to 50 pounds.

This position demands a high level of professionalism in appearance, communication, and adherence to safety and company standards. Successful candidates will engage directly with guests to enhance their dining experience while ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel's food and beverage services.
