Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum one year customer service experience
- Minimum one year phone etiquette experience
- Minimum one year time management experience
- Preferred one year concierge experience
- Three years hospitality experience
- Three years security experience
- Ability to reliably commute or relocate before starting work
Job Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multi-task efficiently
- Hospitality expertise
- Knowledge of local area services
- Prior concierge experience preferred
- Experience in customer service
- Ability to manage time effectively
- Experience in security preferred
Job Duties
- Attend to residents requests and needs in a professional and courteous manner
