We are currently seeking a knowledgeable Concierge to join our team. This role is vital in attending to our residents' requests and needs in a professional, courteous, and efficient manner. The Concierge will act as the primary point of contact for residents, handling inquiries, solving problems effectively, and responding appropriately to complaints. This position requires someone with excellent communication skills, a strong ability to multi-task, hospitality expertise, and detailed knowledge of local area services. The Concierge will assist residents by providing outstanding customer service, thereby contributing to the maintenance of our impeccable reputation. This full-time and part-time role offers a schedule that includes 8-hour shifts from Monday to Friday with weekend availability. The pay range for this position is between $17.50 - $18.00 per hour, reflecting the importance of the role within our organization. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of customer service experience, proficiency with phone etiquette, and strong time management skills. Preferred experience includes prior concierge work. Our workplace values a flexible schedule and offers benefits such as a 401(k) plan to support long-term financial security. Hospitality and security experience of three years is required, and candidates should also be willing and able to commute reliably or relocate before starting work.
