We are currently seeking a knowledgeable Concierge to join our team. This role is vital in attending to our residents' requests and needs in a professional, courteous, and efficient manner. The Concierge will act as the primary point of contact for residents, handling inquiries, solving problems effectively, and responding appropriately to complaints.
