We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Concierge / Front Desk Associate to join our team at the Shiloh location. This is a pivotal role centered on enhancing the customer experience through excellent service while driving sales in memberships and retail. Your main responsibilities will include greeting guests with a welcoming demeanor, booking appointments through various platforms such as in-person, phone, or text, and representing the salon to improve overall sales performance. The role demands a proactive individual who can cultivate a positive work environment and uphold the brand's high standards. Membership sales are emphasized in this position, as these memberships offer significant savings to guests and help build customer loyalty.

This position requires a special blend of excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting. The Concierge / Front Desk Associate will also contribute to group operations including inventory management and maintaining the cleanliness and inviting nature of the salon environment. Participation in monthly employee meetings and continual training sessions is mandatory to stay aligned with the company’s evolving standards and to foster professional growth.

The Lash Lounge provides a competitive hourly wage ranging from $15.00 to $24.00 per hour. Along with a supportive and fun work environment, the company offers unique benefits such as free lash extensions and other salon services, employee discounts on retail products, and discounted rates for family members or best friends. Personal time off is granted after six months of employment, based on an average workweek of 26 hours. Working some weekends and evenings is a requirement for this role to meet the demands of the clientele. Experience with MindBody Software and familiarity with lash extensions are considered advantageous but not mandatory, as comprehensive training will be provided.
