We are currently seeking motivated and engaged individuals to join our team in a full-time supervisory or management role responsible for maintaining production standards and ensuring that customer requirements are consistently met. This position plays a crucial role in overseeing scheduling, communication, productivity, labor controls, and efficiency standards. The primary objective is to ensure that the unit delivers top-quality service and maintains the highest levels of customer satisfaction every day. This role commands an annual salary range between $76,000 and $80,000, with comprehensive benefits to support employee well-being.

The successful candidate will be entrusted with leading a team within a fast-paced, deadline-driven production kitchen environment. Responsibilities include managing labor and inventory controls, facilitating regular interdepartmental communication, and assisting in the development and training of subordinate staff members. The role will also require collaborating with management to improve unit performance, preparing administrative reports as needed, and ensuring adherence to safety, quality standards, and compliance with customer specifications. Leadership skills are essential, as the position involves managing staff assigned to liquor and equipment, driving positive program changes, and maintaining a high-performance culture.

This role demands excellent communication, organizational, analytical, and time management skills to manage multiple priorities efficiently. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 3 years of supervisory or management experience
  • ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities
  • ability to give constructive feedback
  • physical ability to stand, bend, lift over 25 pounds during shifts of 10+ hours
  • availability to work a rotating schedule exceeding 55 hours per week
  • willingness and ability to travel up to 10% of the time
  • basic computer literacy

Job Qualifications

  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • some college preferred
  • minimum 3 years of supervisory or management experience
  • experience in scheduling and financial acumen
  • in-flight catering or high-volume food service industry experience highly desired
  • current or previous labor relations experience a plus
  • experience with cycle counts, inventory control, process mapping, vendor relations and continuous improvement a plus
  • strong leadership skills

  • excellent time management and organizational skills
  • strong analytical and communication skills
  • innovative and able to make operational changes
  • basic computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office products preferred

Job Duties

  • Ensures unit maintains production standards
