This role is a full-time leadership opportunity within gategroup, offering an annual salary range of $75,000 to $80,000. The position is crucial for maintaining production standards across unit operations, ensuring that customer requirements are consistently met or exceeded. The successful candidate will be responsible for labor controls, scheduling, productivity, communication, and efficiency standards necessary to sustain superior quality and customer service daily. The role supports a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and requires a hands-on approach to safety, compliance, and administrative duties. The manager will lead teams of up to 50 employees, fostering positive labor relations, developing staff, and driving continuous improvement in operational performance. Travel of up to 10% may be required.

Key responsibilities include ensuring that labor controls are effective and that interdepartmental communication is continuous and productive. The manager will prepare necessary administrative reports, oversee compliance to customer specifications, and work collaboratively with senior management to boost unit performance.
