Material Management Supervisor - 2nd Shift

The role of Material Management Supervisor at GXO centers on managing and enhancing day-to-day warehouse operations during the second shift, specifically from 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm, Monday through Friday. The Material Management Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse workflows, preparing effective schedules, monitoring quality and service standards, and implementing improvement initiatives that align with GXO’s quality policies and 7S program standards. The supervisor must maintain open and effective communication channels with leadership, team members, and cross-functional departments, ensuring smooth operations and high customer service levels.
