Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- Six months of related experience or training preferred
- Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions
- Ability to work overtime on an as needed basis
- Ability to speak, read, and write English
- Ability to lift up to 70 pounds
- Ability to stand, walk, sit, climb, balance, and crouch
- Ability to work at heights up to 25 feet on raised platforms
- Specific vision and hearing abilities required
Job Qualifications
- High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent

- Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions according to established procedures
- Ability to work overtime as needed
- Proficiency in speaking, reading and writing English
- Strong communication skills to follow documentation in English
Job Duties
- Shipping orders to dealers throughout the United States to keep trucks and equipment on the road
- Working with a team and Lean leaders to meet daily precision goals
- Providing excellent quality to the dealer network
- Learning multiple functions and participating in job rotation
- Participating in local recycling and green initiatives
- Encouraging and implementing new ways to improve processes
- Attending daily performance review meetings and contributing in annual employee surveys
- Operating various industrial handling equipment
- Unloading and refilling trailers to stock inventory
- Processing stock and critical orders to maintain inventory
- Enhancing safety programs and identifying potential risks
- Collaborating with supervisors to develop personal growth plans
