This role is for dependable Production Employees to join the manufacturing team at Brook & Whittle. The position provides hands-on training focused on the safe and efficient handling of manufacturing and warehouse equipment in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The role carries a competitive pay range of $17 to $20 per hour depending on experience and offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical and life insurance, paid time off, and 401(k) participation. Production Employees must be able to operate warehouse machinery such as pallet jacks, forklifts, reach trucks, and straight box trucks, as well as be capable of manual tasks like pulling and pushing pallets weighing up to 2000 pounds.

Duties include cycle and monthly inventory counts, material staging for different shifts, ensuring accuracy when receiving shipments, and maintaining an organized, safe warehouse. Effective communication and cooperation with department managers, press supervisors, quality assurance, and purchasing teams are essential to resolving issues and improving operational processes. Employees are expected to uphold all company policies, including GMP guidelines and safety regulations, while proactively identifying opportunities for enhanced efficiency. The role demands the ability to multi-task, work overtime as needed, and adapt to rotatating shifts including weekends and holidays.
