Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2-4 years related work experience including inventory database software
- Experience in inventory maintenance
- Experience with online database entry, update, and lookup
- Strong computer and internet research skills
- Ability to operate office equipment and software including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Effective verbal and written communication
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work with internal and customer management
- High attention to detail
- Ability to lift 50 lbs unassisted
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2-4 years’ related work experience including experience with inventory database software
- Previous experience in inventory maintenance
- Experience performing online database entry, update, and lookup activities
- Strong computer and internet research skills
- Ability to operate office equipment and personal computer software including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong interpersonal skills and effective verbal and written communication
- Ability to balance multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work well with all levels of internal and customer management and staff
- High level attention to detail
- Ability to lift 50 lbs unassisted
- Associates degree or higher preferred
- DoD or military logistics experience preferred
- Experience with ServiceNow preferred
- Experience with Microsoft SharePoint preferred
- Forklift certified preferred
Job Duties
- Participate in team meetings to understand, influence, and support project planning and deadlines
- Receive material into the warehouse
- Perform inspections on incoming deliveries
- Receive material into the inventory control system (ServiceNow)
- Receive program requests for shipments of equipment internally and externally
- Strategize and coordinate the movement of goods and resources to meet customer needs
- Receive and address orders promptly and accurately to fulfill customer requests and maintain order accuracy
- Prepare shipments for delivery and organize/schedule trucks
- Update and follow documented procedures for receiving and shipping
- Create shipping documents and packaging material for shipment
- Plan and coordinate the movement of goods through various modes of transportation to ensure timely delivery and cost efficiency
- Perform logistics support for the team to perform equipment configuration
- Complete DD1149’s and all material transfer documents
