We are currently seeking dedicated leaders to join our Crew in the role of Mate, equivalent to an Assistant Store Manager. As a Mate, you will play a crucial role in leading and developing Crew Members by providing guidance, support, and coaching. Duties include operating the cash register efficiently, bagging groceries with care, stocking shelves, receiving shipments, and modeling behavior that aligns with Trader Joe's core values.
