The Mate role combines customer service, team leadership, and store operations to create an engaging and enriching retail experience. Daily responsibilities include coaching and guiding Crew Members to maximize their potential, improving the overall store environment, and ensuring that every shopper receives a WOW experience. You will be actively involved in various store activities such as operating the cash register efficiently, assisting with stocking shelves and receiving inventory, and promoting a welcoming atmosphere for both customers and the team. Job Requirements

- 3+ years of recent retail, restaurant, or hospitality experience
- 2+ years of recent experience at the management or supervisory level
