We are currently seeking passionate and effective leaders to join our Crew as Assistant Store Managers, affectionately called Mates. This role plays a crucial part in the overall health and success of the store by leading, mentoring, and motivating the Crew. Mates are instrumental in fostering a positive, productive, and enjoyable environment for both customers and team members. As a Mate, you will work closely with your team, role-modeling behaviors aligned with Trader Joe's core values, guiding team members to achieve their best, and ensuring the store runs smoothly daily.

- 3+ years of recent retail, restaurant, or hospitality experience
- 2+ years of recent management or supervisory experience
- History of developing individuals and teams through empowerment and integrity
