  • Capability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • Proficiency in multitasking and problem-solving

Job Qualifications

  • Must complete a sanitation course before or during first year

Job Duties

  • Produce and maintain work schedules and prepare production packets
  • Direct daily activities
  • Maintain food production ensuring safety and quality
  • Ensure safe and organized food storage
  • Maintain serving schedules per menu specifications
  • Maintain sanitary department following health and safety codes
  • Maintain accurate inventory weekly
  • Prepare orders as needed
  • Supervise and evaluate employees promoting growth and teamwork
  • Maintain a safe and hazard-free working environment
  • Train and mentor other food service workers
  • Maintain maintenance logs for equipment
  • Complete food safety and temperature logs with corrective action
  • Perform preventative maintenance checklist
  • Recommend equipment replacements
  • Multi-task effectively
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by Food Service Director or Manager
  • Fill in for absent employees
  • Coordinate daily catering events
  • Work occasional night and weekend catered events
  • Attend food service meetings
  • Maintain staff communication
  • Perform cashier duties as needed
  • Promote good public relations
