Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2 to 3 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field
  • Previous supervisory experience preferred
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Compliance with certification requirements including Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid

Job Duties

  • Greet guests with a friendly and helpful attitude
  • Ensure smooth check-ins and check-outs
  • Obtain necessary information for reservations
  • Monitor VIP and special guest requests
  • Track logs and reports to ensure proper process adherence
  • Ensure accurate and timely delivery of messages, packages, and mail
  • Stay informed about rates, packages, and promotions
  • Assist in maximizing room revenue
  • Foster communication and teamwork among staff
  • Assist in training new associates
  • Address guest concerns effectively
  • Handle workplace issues proactively
  • Follow all standards and regulations
  • Enter, track, and report information in brand systems
