The role of Kitchen Supervisor within our hotel is both pivotal and dynamic. As the culinary leader, the Kitchen Supervisor manages the operations of the kitchen to ensure it runs efficiently and maintains the highest standards of quality and safety. This position demands a strong leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a deep passion for food and hospitality. The Kitchen Supervisor will be responsible for leading and coordinating the kitchen team, ensuring that all daily activities are executed precisely and efficiently, transforming the chaotic kitchen environment into a smoothly functioning unit. Key responsibilities include overseeing food and beverage operations, managing supply inventory, supporting service activities, and upholding strict sanitation and safety protocols. The ideal candidate for this role will have at least one year of supervisory experience in kitchen operations and a solid understanding of food service management. Certifications such as Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid are required, with the ability to obtain Food Manager Certification as per state regulations. The Kitchen Supervisor will coordinate daily workflows, ensure team members are well-informed and skilled, and handle any operational challenges with tactical problem-solving and clear communication. Job Requirements

- minimum 1 year supervisory experience
