The Front Desk Agent is the ultimate ambassador for our hotel, responsible for creating exceptional first impressions through warm welcomes, efficient check-ins, and gracious farewells. This role demands impeccable guest service skills, with the Front Desk Agent acting as the face of the hotel and the primary point of contact for guests. Successful candidates will be adept at managing multiple tasks simultaneously, including handling reservations, accommodating guest requests, coordinating with team members, and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk.
