Joining our team as a Food & Beverage Supervisor means stepping into a vital leadership role where you will be instrumental in creating unforgettable dining experiences. Working closely with the Food & Beverage Manager, you will ensure that service quality remains at the highest level while motivating and guiding your team. This role requires you to be the key point of contact for supporting staff, solving operational challenges, and ensuring every guest leaves satisfied and eager to return. You will oversee daily operations including managing costs, cash handling, staff scheduling, and inventory control, utilizing technology for efficiency and streamlined processes. Additionally, you will foster a collaborative team environment by encouraging open communication and leading by example during team meetings to boost morale and performance.

The Food & Beverage Supervisor will also contribute creatively by developing promotional campaigns to attract more guests and enhance sales. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • at least one year of progressive experience in hotels or related fields
  • supervisory experience preferred
  • strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • ability to multitask and maintain composure under pressure
  • demonstrated initiative and effective listening, understanding, and clarification abilities
  • competence in interpreting financial data and performing basic arithmetic

Job Qualifications
