The Food & Beverage Director role is a dynamic and pivotal position within this esteemed hotel. Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years’ progressive experience in hospitality or related field
  • Associate’s, bachelor’s, or culinary degree
  • Required certifications including Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid
  • Proficient in Windows, spreadsheets, word processing, and basic technology
  • Extensive management experience in restaurant, bar, banquet, catering, room service, and kitchen operations
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills under pressure
  • Skilled in budgeting, forecasting, labor management, and financial analysis
  • Familiarity with hotel operations, departmental functions, and industry trends
  • Maintains professional relationships and open communication with staff and other departments

Job Duties

  • Organize, direct, and supervise all food and beverage prep and service from restaurant to banquets using standardized recipes
  • Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and safety while reducing waste and increasing efficiency
  • Develop menus and plan events, advising on pricing and banquet setups
  • Lead kitchen staff and manage multiple outlets to ensure smooth operations and attractive displays
  • Safeguard sensitive information, cash, and secure areas while representing the company with professionalism and integrity
  • Safely travel for company business as required
