Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years’ progressive experience in hospitality or related field
- Associate’s, bachelor’s, or culinary degree
- Required certifications including Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid
- Proficient in Windows, spreadsheets, word processing, and basic technology
- Extensive management experience in restaurant, bar, banquet, catering, room service, and kitchen operations
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills under pressure
- Skilled in budgeting, forecasting, labor management, and financial analysis
- Familiarity with hotel operations, departmental functions, and industry trends
- Maintains professional relationships and open communication with staff and other departments

Job Duties
- Organize, direct, and supervise all food and beverage prep and service from restaurant to banquets using standardized recipes
- Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and safety while reducing waste and increasing efficiency
- Develop menus and plan events, advising on pricing and banquet setups
- Lead kitchen staff and manage multiple outlets to ensure smooth operations and attractive displays
- Safeguard sensitive information, cash, and secure areas while representing the company with professionalism and integrity
- Safely travel for company business as required
