We are currently seeking dedicated Servers to join our hospitality team. As a Server at the Minneapolis Marriott Northwest All-Suite, you will be the key ambassador of our dining experience, responsible for creating warm and memorable moments for our guests. The role involves skillfully managing multiple tables, delivering accurate and prompt food and beverage service, and maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the dining service with an upbeat and professional demeanor. Servers are expected to have a thorough knowledge of the menu including ingredients, dietary considerations, daily specials, and alcohol service policies to confidently guide guests and ensure their satisfaction. The successful candidate will be comfortable handling guest transactions, managing payment processes accurately, and adhering strictly to company policies and security standards.

This position demands stamina and the physical ability to stay on your feet for extended periods while lifting and moving items as necessary. The ideal Server must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with guests and team members. Candidates should hold or be willing to obtain necessary certifications such as Alcohol Awareness and Food Handler’s Card in compliance with state regulations.
