Minneapolis Marriott Northwest All-Suite hotel is a newly renovated, upscale hotel offering guests first-class service and amenities. Located in a vibrant area, this property boasts extensive facilities including the Wadsworth Restaurant and Bar, the Boundary Waters Cafe, an indoor heated pool, and a well-equipped fitness center. This hotel also features an expansive 60,000 square foot Conference and Event center that includes 27 versatile and elegant spaces. These spaces are complemented by customized room setups, innovative technology, chef-curated food and beverage options, and professional Marriott Certified Conference and Event Planners to ensure seamless events. As the Front Desk Supervisor at Minneapolis Marriott Northwest, you will be the central figure in delivering exceptional hospitality. The Front Desk Supervisor manages operations at the forefront of guest interactions, ensuring smooth check-ins and check-outs for a seamless arrival and departure experience. You'll oversee reservations, VIP requests, and address guest needs promptly and professionally to enhance satisfaction and loyalty. Your strong leadership will foster a motivated, communicative team culture, where training and development are ongoing priorities. Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- at least 2 to 3 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field
- previous supervisory experience preferred
- must have a valid driver’s license

Job Duties

- manage reservations and VIP requests to ensure outstanding guest experiences
- track logs, manage messages and packages to maintain operational efficiency
- monitor room rates, packages, and promotions to support revenue growth
- build and lead a strong, communicative front desk team
- train new associates and provide ongoing guidance
- resolve guest concerns and workplace issues with confidence and creativity while maintaining safety and standards
