We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be the driving force behind the cleanliness and comfort that defines a guest's stay at Marriott Knoxville Downtown. As the Housekeeping Supervisor, you will lead and manage a team of House Attendants and Room Attendants, ensuring that daily operations run efficiently and that the high standards of sanitation and guest satisfaction are consistently met.

This position requires a hands-on leader who is comfortable stepping up when the Housekeeping Manager is absent, taking charge to maintain smooth operations. You will be responsible for overseeing inspections, performance reports, and productivity checks, setting the bar for excellence in cleanliness and safety. Your leadership will foster a motivated and cohesive team atmosphere through clear communication, training, and continuous support.

Additionally, you will manage critical safety and security functions, including lost-and-found procedures, key control, and restricted access to sensitive areas such as storage rooms and master key locations. Maintaining the integrity of these operations is essential to providing a secure and trusted environment for both guests and staff.
